1	Advice on how to deal with majority female office There’s a difference between doing what’s reasonable and doing what isn’t What I believe is my coworkers continue to want more and more help with shit they should be doing. They do not have the skill set in most of these cases. This all adds up to me being the go to guy but now I’m feeling as if I’m being taken for granted. When I stop assisting - now I’m a dick.
