| 56 | Don't bother "communicating", actually. Just go.I found an emotionally abusive ex would do this to me where I got tired of repeating the same thing because he never listened. But the problem would became my fault because I "couldn't communicate" even though I'd tried. If he cared about my feelings, he would've listened the first time. Women aren't bad communicators, LVM just don't want to listen. | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 14/12/20 09:40 PM |
| 16 | To the frustrated woman still waiting for him to change: He won’t. An inside peak at their thought process....And if he wants to change, he'd do it the first time you bring it up. It shouldn't be a back and forth because if it is, it means it's only going to be temporary and with a lot of emotional effort on your part. In reality he should be honest about whether he will actually change so you can make a decision but LVM are convinced they just need infinite chances to try becoming better rather than continuously growing as people | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 02/10/20 04:19 PM |
| 8 | Ladies, don't treat your boyfriend like he's your husbandCompletely agree and that goes for how you work on things too. I recently left my ex of several years and he argued that two adults owe it to each other to work on things. My response? We weren't married, we didnt make a public commitment so I had no obligation to continue to try. That's what dating is for, to decide if you want to marry them. Dating isnt the same commitment as marriage, either person can easily leave. | /r/FemaleDatingStrategy | 01/10/20 08:51 PM |
