9	Can someone in the comments explain how this works? No one is making an analogy to slipping someone a roofie or when someone is black out drunk. Having sex with someone who is passed out, drunk or otherwise, is rape. Slipping someone a drug they didn't want without their knowledge in order to take advantage of them is a crime in itself, having sex with them while they are under its influence is most certainly rape.
