I answered this question recently (I'm 5'5"), and the response was "this isn't going to work out, I'm sorry," after a few days of chatting and planning a weekend date. She was apparently 5'8". It was good to know that I was physically attractive enough, interesting enough, and likeable enough to speak to for half a week and plan a date but inevitably not worth her time due to an apparent genetic disorder I seem to have.

For real though, I get Applebee's isn't classy, but I'd take their food and environment for a date night over some stuffy $150 table for two bullshit any day.
