Hmmm.... Not sure if not fapping is bad. Actually might be a good thing. All about self control. Was reading something on Chinese medicine and how masturbation is no good for the body and mind. Chronic watching of porn is also something that is no good. Chinese medicine approaches the body differently than traditional western medicine.
