1	Tired. So fucking tired. According to the study I saw, women throw the first punch (or otherwise initiate violence in domestic disputes) about 53 percent of the time. I imagine there are studies with different results, too. Problem is, the guy usually gets arrested anyway; the cops don't care who started it. 3	Jodi Arias verdict: GUILTY of 1st Degree Murder I've always had the attitude that life in prison is as good as the death penalty. But Arias tried to set the precedence that it's OK to kill men if they do not make their GF happy, or they are just inconsiderate boobs. 6	Jodi Arias verdict: GUILTY of 1st Degree Murder Now it goes to the next phase: if the prosecution satisfies the jury that her actions were cruel and caused unusual suffering, she gets the death penalty. If not, the judge decides whether she gets life without the possibility of parole, or 25-life. I'm guessing life without the possibility of parole will be the least she gets.
