Am i wasting my time and energy with this girl? If you have to ask, chances are that you are right. The thing is we facetime everyday for like 2-3 hours but i wont be able to see her for a few months, and I think she'll lose interest. I can smell the scarcity mentality from a mile away. You should be talking to more girls. Try to spend less time, but be more receptive, the medium is the message. Withdrawing attention will not make her lose interest, it's the opposite. The point is not to complet…

From descending priority: Going to the gym Cut all sugar, starch, junk food, seed oils from my diet Cut all drugs (If I'm doing them in the first place) Quit porn/wasting time on the internet/videogames Get a purpose Get hobbies that interest ME and NOT for other people Start talking with people anywhere (In the grocery store, gym, job, etc) Get the fuck away from low-value people (mostly friends and family) and start engaging with valuable people (See the previous point) Start absorbing knowled…

You were basically in his frame because you opted to do shit that you wouldn't do (i.e. movies, beer, etc). You also helped him financially? I wouldn't do it not even if I have some spare bucks, because of boundaries. You are coming off as altruistic and being genuine with someone that you don't know that much and you consider him a "friend". Even if he did things in return (i.e. sleeping at his house) he was still playing you and I mostly assume that he was using you for his own pleasure. Also,…

You do you bro. You don't have to come here and ask for our validation. If that's what you wanted, good, move on with your life and keep improving. People come and go, you are alone in this journey.

Then, you should experiment for some time and see what works for you. If after you lift you are very sore or uncomfortable, you should probably do it once a week.

Long term side effects? Maybe some injuries if you lift really heavy or not having proper form and technique. If you are lifting with ~85% intensity and doing ~10 reps of 3 sets, you probably have nothing to worry about. Just make sure to not lift too heavy or too light and you are good to go.

Try Modafinil instead. Go to the nootropics subreddit and/or ask on the stack advice sub.

As a machiavellian myself, it doesn't help that much, it's pretty much neutral, besides the part of not showing intentions (that I think it's a win). It will help you more in other aspects of your life, i.e.: better delayed gratification choices, controlling more your impulses and instant gratification, etc.

Yes, it's true. But that's because cows are grain-fed and not grass-fed, thus containing more estrogen, but it's not significant (if it's grass-fed). I recommend getting grass-fed cheese to get calcium, if not, just eggs will do, I recommend to ear 3+ eggs per day. Getting grass-fed animal products it's an idealized state, if you can't afford it, just get regular cheese and eggs. Also, stay away from sugar and gluten for the most part.

This 100%. I've been trying to lose some fat and carnivore and OMAD worked the most, I lost the most amount of fat while keeping muscle.

It really doesn't matter what you say to her, as long as it doesn't something retarded or giving her free attention. How you say it is much more important, just as, keeping a calm, slow and deep voice, keeping good eye contact, having a good sexual "aura", etc.

I've been lifting for 4 years now, I've been in bodybuilding for about 2+ years, but I take it more as a hobby rather than something to compete for. The main reason here on TRP for lifting is primarily for looking better and getting in shape. Bodybuilding is extra, you can take other paths too, just as powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, etc.

Agreed. But when studying is a priority, no one should give up an hour of studying over a club, especially in college.

Problems: no social life or friends. You go to college, so it's not hard to make friends, especially if you go to a club. If you don't know how to start, you can ask a classmate for something, like a pen, and when returning it, say something like: "That's a cool pen, where did you get it?". In other words, do small talk, that was just an example. Keep doing small talk with classmates until you get to a point where you are having deeper conversations, especially in the club. It's hard when you do…

I totally agree. But the problem of "doing it right" is that you have to know how to properly lift, eat, sleep, etc, and that requires a lot of information to new lifters and probably a personal trainer. For me, I was 1 year trying up things about what works for me and what doesn't. It depends on how you start too, you can be very skinny or very fat, and still struggle a lot to get to that point.

How long to make a noticeable change? Probably around 6 months of constant training, 6x/week, proper nutrition and sleep (Assuming that you are just starting). To get compliments ? To have a physique liked by women? More than 2 years for sure. It depends on how low your BF% is.

I had gynecomastia before, got a surgery, they cut out the skin around the nipple, and now I have big nipples, but the nipple size doesn't change at all.

Fuck, now that I read it with attention, my answer doesn't make any sense lmao. I thought he meant "How much will my progress in gym suffer if I don't go for a week?". I'm tripping dawg.

Close to non-existent. Muscle volume starts to fall off after 2 weeks, even after 4+ weeks you won't see a significant difference.

How did you edge exactly? The right edging is without visual stimulation, usually feeling it more, not cumming, sessions of 20+ minutes and 5-7 days a week.

So, you got your lifting, but how is your diet? How much do you sleep? Are you generally stressed/sad/having bad emotions? What I can recommend, that doesn't give you a short term gain, but for sure gives you long term benefits, it's edging. I highly recommend it. You can look at a really useful guide here. I started doing edging like a month ago, I went from lasting like 10 minutes, to lasting ~15 minutes.
