Yo bro, if you don't feel like going through therapy and want to handle it on your own I can't recommend Wim Hof and his method enough. Most importantly it consists of breathing and cold exposure. Cold showers / ice bathing is well documented as a good habit. The breathing technique allows you to tap into a deeper level of your brain and release supressed emotions, don't be suprised if you just start crying when doing this. ​ Good luck brother

I left her on read because I didn't feel like replying, not because I concluded it was the most effective way to "game her", hence my post. Definitely not butt hurt just don't feel like replying. I asked her couple of weeks ago to join me where she didn't come either, so with this I'm done investing unless she shows new interest.

At around 10 pm to 2 am for people with a "normal" circadian rhythm is where HGH (at least for teenagers and slightly above?) and other hormones production are at their peak but requires one to be asleep (deeply). And the only thing I haven't been doing right (pretty much) is fixing my circadian rhythm, sleeping late and at odd hours.

Interesting.. I'm pretty lean actually, always been around 10% bf, I eat less carbs and more fat than the average person, I sleep a good amount but at odd hours - think that's my next thing to fix - I remember reading about estrogen levels being kept down if you sleep when the HGH process happens. Don't eat soy, will try to eat even more eggs and avocado I guess. anyway appreciate it bro merry christmas

I don't know the other numbers, all they told me was testosterone levels = 13,1 nmol/l. What should I ask for on my next blood test if I can get one? SHBG, T and Estradiol or anything else? Also when I'm lifting I think my levels are higher than they were last year, but still - those were pretty low. Lot of the time I have low energy, quite irritable, and when I cant go to the gym I have no will to do anything productive

Also get exposed to sunlight, outside preferably. Gym or exercise in the morning, and magnesium oil spray helps

I recently turned 19.I'm currently training to become an esport-athlete. I have about 6 month left to get signed or qualify to a big tournament, or I'll quit and pursue a different career. I used to enjoy it, but hit a plateau due to not playing in highest tier, I know I would love it as career if play on highest level, but not worth if I can't (hence the 6 months to get there or quit). So I don't hate it but also don't love it currently

Not having a tv in my room is a choice. I have a pc with a good monitor and an old laptop though. I could link the pc with some speakers and its basically a tv, I have netflix. I'm hitting the gym 5-6x weekly and doing my best to read more.

ya, I haven't had friends over for a while (1 guy coming next month). I don't mind taking her to my room but again, no tv, basically nothing to do except bang, and most likely I will have my noisy brother next door. but i guess this is still the best option

Yes. TRP is so broad with so many subjects for different purposes. In the start I treated it as the holy bible due to being a beta. With time and applying some of the core principles, gaining confidence etc. I started treating it less than so. Everything should be taken with a grain of salt. Read a BP post about going full rp/dark triad shit talking about current state of the game. talked about how dark triad works on women and how it's taking advantage and sometimes abusing the female psycholog…
