Guitar Beta Only if you get a guitar and half ass learning it. If you're serious, look into investing in lessons. A lot of self taught musicians make mistakes that stick with them and a good teacher will get you started with theory/scales/reading early that will actually teach you the instrument instead of just learning songs through tabs.

Get a social hobby. I'm learning how to DJ and make my own beats so I hang out with rappers in the studio. Multiple times I've been invited to parties and social situations with them because these guys are basically viewed as rockstars and I'm introduced as the guy who made the beat on a song they made. Also if you want a quality social circle you have to be high SMV. Sorry, but there's no way around it. If you're low SMV focus on improving yourself before joining a circle.

I would have to disagree. These women initially identified OP as a beta so we can deduce two things. 1. They are just looking to use OP for free drinks and 2.
