I'm in a fraternity that throws big parties and I think you're in over your head and have unrealistic expectations. 100 people isn't enough to have a project X style party. You're trying way too hard. Your goal every time should be to have fun at these events. If you're having fun girls will notice and talking/kinoing will be a lot easier. If you're afraid of hooking up at a party, I don't know what to tell you. Failing at hooking up will make you look bad, but successfully bringing a girl up to your room is not going to make you look bad

Just be a cool guy and meet lots of brothers and you'll be fine. If you don't have a ~3.0 GPA going into college, fraternities aren't going to be able to bid you.

You're trying too hard and you won't have sustained success until that changes. If you aren't going out to have fun, you're doing it wrong. Your nightly success should never be based on if you pull. Have fun and the girls will notice. You shouldn't be some predator going from target to target with set lines. Be a natural, human person and it'll be easier.

As time goes on you'll get getter at this. But be looking for girls looking at you, making eye contact or smiling at you. That's generally a good sign. Look for groups of girls that have a few girls grinding and there friends are going to be more likely to do it as well. But be confident, make eye contact, and just ask. It's your best bet.

Don't pedestalize the party. A lot of people are going to parties 2-3 times a week so this is gonna be a lot less of a big deal to them. Go in with the attitude of having fun. Don't just try to pull all night. Talk to as many people as possible but be natural about it. People can and will notice how hard you're trying if they see you just introducing yourself to everyone. It's definitely noticeable depending on the setting and size of the party.

You're going to be at a gigantic recruiting disadvantage. Fraternities often have thousand dollar recruiting budgets, own large houses, and will even hire consultants to help them recruit. You're basically going to have to target students who aren't being recruited by other houses.

At fraternity parties, most of the guys are going to be extremely tight (obviously) and girls are going to have a pretty good idea about who all is in the fraternity. You're an outsider, you probably look and act like it. You can't just tell girls to take shots with you.
