I usually eat eggs and bacon with either milk or a protein shake. If I wanted to change things up I make high calorie pancakes since I’m bulking. You need: 1/2 cup of oats 1 cup low fat cottage cheese 4 eggs You blend the oats, then add the rest and blend it again and just pour it on a pan (make multiple little pancakes so it’s easier to cook) to cook. If you add butter and honey the calories add up to around 1000.
