Told my best friend, he started gas lighting me, berating me, calling me a misogynist, talking shit to friends behind my back. Haven't really talked to him since. I don't talk about rp with anyone I know. No one can be given the red pill. They have to take it.

Thank you, this is exactly what i was asking for. This is a great post and should be expanded upon on the main sub. What if I've been reading but not really applying for the last couple months?

I wrote back "I like chicks with a fat ass" before your reply. She then wrote back "Ohhhh I see haha" still don't know how to respond. I was thinking ignore, but she still hasn't agreed on a day.

From barely doing 135 in 2 months ago to 225 at 150 pounds, that's improvement I'm proud of.

This actually answered the questions I didn't even ask (good thing). Do you ever view conversations as something friendly and a bonding strategy? Do you ever feel lonely when you look at conversations this way? Does it feel like you disconnected with reality? I'm trying to figure out how to say that you should turn your reply into an actual post on /r/trp but I couldn't figure out how to say it tactfully. So bam there is in my own blunt, unwitty way.

Speaking my mind often causes stuttering or general loss of thought. Speaking what I am thinking doesn't even make sense. There is no coherent or sensible thought but just this amalgamation multiple thoughts that kinda come together. It's like trying to translate from a language I barely understand into English. I try to decipher my own thinking. Writing an essay, for example, is a tremendous task for me because I have to understand what someone else is saying and then figure out what I am tryin…

I wasn't clear enough when I asked my question then. Invoking conversation isn't exactly what I am struggling with, more like a symptom. I am struggling with keeping it rolling. Besides asking open ended questions, are there other ways of invoking conversation? Conversations tend to bore, most often with boring people, who have even worse social skills than me. Staying interested is a test of strength. I am terrible at constant banter in quick succession. Mostly anything that requires a quick re…

I am lacking in the socially skilled portion. This is the reason for my questions. I find that my social skills are often my weakest link.

How do you do that efficiently? Just like everyone else while I'm in the shower the greatest retorts are created but in the moment how do I succinctly say something? Do I need a clearer mind? What would increase my minds clarity other than meditation?

Depends, someone like me has to jack it 2 times a week or I'm not my best self. For other it's only once very two weeks. It's different for everyone. If NoFap makes you feel better do it.

What don't I say? Is it when they do/say something I don't like, I look away and in disinterest? Or is more about just saying less? More info less words makes me want to curl up into a ball. Naturally I speak a lot and am very boisterous. Do I spend more time thinking about what to say? What if I don't know how to consolidate the information? Is there a paradigm of saying less but meaning more?

When you don't have anywhere in the conversation to go, it's because you're thinking about something other than what you are talking about. Be present in conversation and don't worry about what you're saying or talking about. Be comfortable in your situation. Take a couple seconds and just breath. If you're talking because you feel awkward, it will carry into your conversations. Talk because you enjoy talking with someone, not because you feel awkward.
