The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg. Helpful for understanding the mechanism of habits/addictions and the well-defined process to change or develop new habits.

A death in the family is a special situation - grieving on her shoulder is acceptable, crying like a helpless, confused, weak child is not. Showing her your passion and emotions is part of the relationship, and grief is not weakness.

It is generally expressed that few women in current society are fit to LTR, but it is in women's nature to want to play the submissive role. She was miserable before TRP, when I tried to always treat her as a 100% equal and partner. I believe she would say she is ambitious and strong, and in her eyes, things are just magically better now. She probably even feels that our relationship improved because of her - that I finally 'got it' because of her wonderfulness. I have been careful to never ment…

I hear you man. It really helps me to see the truth as Natural Law, who am I to judge nature's ways? And I would much rather be a man, I do not envy women. If I didn't have children with Woman, it would be very different. I will say that being a father is awesome, and I enjoy my life - and being a father with a functioning family is a big part of the 'mission accomplished' satisfaction I experience every day.

Financial problems were certainly a reason for our relationship failing, although lack of sex was the primary issue. Since we divorced, that separated our finances, and I have maintained this boundary since the reconciliation. Part of my mission is to master and excel in the financial domain, so I decided that I would be 100% responsible for making this happen. I will listen to her wants, concerns, etc., just like I would listen to my teenage daughter's, but at the end of the day, I decide. If y…

We separated finances when we divorced, and she got half (which wasn't much). When we reconciled we kept our money separate, and I have held my ground/deflected a few attempts to combine finances. I make significantly more than her, so I contribute more to keep the family afloat, but she only has access to the money she earns.

Yes, and finding someone else who wanted to start a relationship with me - that catalyzed her proper behavior and return to desiring me.

Thankfully she does not identify with "dating" culture, and she exposes herself to very little popular media. We did not re-marry. I feel I have a great advantage and do not plan on remarrying. AWALT, and things can change so fast, and my eyes are open to the unfairness of the family court system. When we reconciled and I was still blue, I tried to get her to marry me again and wear her ring - as you can imagine, she was unwilling. She has been wearing her ring and calling me her husband since t…

Thank you. May it give inspiration to new members and satisfaction to the veterans who have shared their wisdom.

Thank you. I had to take a similar approach and hold my boundaries like the OP in your link. Only rewarding good behavior, and having the strength to ignore her/stand up for myself in its absence.

I recommend "The Charisma Myth" by Olivia Fox Cabane as a good reference for understanding and developing your charisma.

I am 42, married, and practicing what I have learned from this community has transformed my relationship. I am drafting a detailed post to share the story of my transition over the last year, but the plan is laid out here in clear detail: lift, work on yourself, increase SMV, adopt abundance mentality, recognize and pass shit tests, implement dread game, WHILE MAINTAINING FRAME. I used to believe the line about the importance of 'communicating your feelings,' so learning to shut up and maintain …

All ideas bleed together in some shade of grey. We are scientists, as you say. Scientists search for the truth, which does not bleed together into a shade of grey.

Lasting longer is not the goal, but a side benefit. I appreciate your sharing, although I am surprised by the strength of your conviction that this is harmful and comes with important negative consequences. The reason I wanted to share with this community is that I have experienced the opposite - I have felt a greater sense of energy and satisfaction, and a deepening of my relationship with my woman. From my perspective, it isn't fooling the body, but rather working with the natural flow/progres…

I think u/Miles37 gives you good advice above. There are clearly many variables involved (age, health, testosterone, etc.), and I would encourage you to pay close attention to your own body to determine what works for you. I have not personally experienced discomfort from prolonged engorgement. I find myself wanting to ejaculate if a week or so has gone by without it, but I have gone much longer without any difficulty, even while experiencing orgasms/engorgement. My advice is to keep practicing …

Search the web for "The Sex God Method" and you should be able to locate it. I recommend starting with The Multi-Orgasmic Man by Chia/Abrams.

Good point regarding the transmutation of energy, it's time for me to re-read that book. I would recommend the Multi-Orgasmic Man by Mantak Chia as far as a book to get started with.

No apology needed, I see this as appropriate to the post. I agree with your points, especially about women's imperative to obtain the alpha seed, and the power men gain from withholding.

Yes. I believe David Deida writes about this in The Way of the Superior Man, how a woman gains attraction/respect for a man who can have sex with her and refrain from ejaculation. He describes a woman testing a man's commitment, begging for his seed, and he explains how her attraction will grow if he does not give her what she is asking for. I believe it has had a positive effect in my LTR as you describe. I agree with your statement that it can cause a response in women to increase their effort…

The bigger picture here can get derailed by this side-issue. There are strong and conflicting opinions about this, with age being a huge factor - it is often older men who report experiencing benefits from avoiding excessive masturbation. The key is in that subjective word excessive, which means different things to different men.
/r/TheRedPill19/10/14 03:07 PM

It is well-known that semen contains B vitamins and trace elements such as zinc, selenium, and copper (which many men are deficient in). It is logical that excessive ejaculation can deplete these resources. It is not a primary focus of this practice, but deserves mention as a side benefit. Again, the key is in the word excessive, which means different things to different men. Perhaps the statement regarding sexual energy awareness needs to be rewritten, I am trying to describe an increasing awar…

These experiences are difficult to describe with words, especially descriptions of 'energy' and other words that may mean different things to different people. I'm glad you mentioned the million dollar point, I wanted to include it in the post, but it felt too long already. When I have a multi-orgasmic session, I feel a rush of energy up my spine, into my head, during each orgasm. It feels also that energy is flowing both out the top and into the top of my head. When I am ready to ejaculate, I w…

Instead of self-torture, view it as a discipline practice, benefiting you and your partner(s). I know we're all different, but I do not experience any pain or discomfort with the practice of having orgasms without ejaculation. I won't pretend to be sure of what happened, I would encourage you to keep practicing and doing some more research. In my personal experience, I feel the orgasm build as I get closer to the point of no return. If I stop really close to that point, without going over, I som…

I'm not sure what you mean by 'after giving myself blue balls.' I have had and read about similar experiences - entering the refractory period and losing erection, without ejaculation. I think of these as micro-ejaculations, avoiding the point of no return but still triggering the beginning of the ejaculation response. If I intend to ejaculate, I'll stretch/relax for a bit and I'll be ready for more. If I don't, I move on to something else. This has happened both during partner and solo sex.

Have you shifted your personal outlook and life's plans or goals as a result of red pill awareness? Absolutely. I could write for pages in response, but I will focus on one significant shift in my personal outlook: I have accepted my role as the man in my marriage, and I have let go of the frustrations of wanting to have an ‘equal partner.’ My former BP-self carried immense frustration and confusion over the inequities between myself and my wife. I had been conditioned to believe we should be eq…

There is always money made with any action the social engineers take (see big pharma or fluoride in the water), but it is well documented that psychological operations have been deeply involved in Hollywood and popular media to further the erosion of real masculinity, along with family and racial relationships. Divide and conquer. One resource to get started on the subject is the book, The CIA in Hollywood: How the Agency Shapes Film and Television. I also recommend Edward Bernays' books Propaga…
