You said the husband knows where you work. If you fear getting into trouble at a place you regularly frequent, then you should ask yourself if the hassle is worth the risk.

I guess then "Don't shit where you eat" applies.

This is not about your girlfriend, this is about people forcefully abducting others, which is a serious crime. Don't let those guys off the hook, just because your girlfriend said so. They need to be shown that there are laws they cannot break without consequences.

Are all those laws written down somewhere?

Additionally to that, be aware that video games are specifically tailored to push buttons in the "reward center" of your brain. If you find that you can only really enjoy yourself when playing games or that you are getting too impatient with anything that doesn't reward within 12 hours, you might have to consider cutting back the gaming to let your brain adjust back to the "real world".

No, I don't at this very moment, please outline your argument for me if you'd be so kind.

Ofcourse it is. But unlike PUA, it's not only about sexual strategy, but about a lifestyle that makes that strategy more than just an empty husk.

I think almost all the points you listed are less about being a 'man', but more about being a mature and stable human being.

Many thanks for that, your post truly is worth reading. I've already ordered Models for me to read, and I intend to read more and your recommendations definitely help with that. Thank you for taking the time writing that.

So what do you want? I will quote from the "Message from a reformed Incel" post for this one: Confidence doesn’t come from inside as i had been lied to over the years. It grows over time through external validations of success. I am at the start of my journey. I am almost 100% beta right now. I am sorry to say that I simply need some external reinforcement to quell my own insecurities. I appreciate that you are so honest and I get what you are saying. But I have diffculty feeling it. I just need…

Lifting -> Stronger Body -> More self-esteem. If you can follow that rhetoric, then yes, lifting will help you. I, for one, am fortunate enough to have friends who don't implement a hierarchy. Friends who look out and care for each other, or just enjoy the company. My personal advice for you would be to find friends who don't implement a hierarchy, neither in interactions with you, nor with others. As soon as you notice them setting up and upholding a hierarchy, you have to assume that they will…

The wish to better yourself is the first and the best step in my opinion. Be aware of how your instincts as a woman work and decide for yourself how much you want to follow them. By being aware that you are not perfect and that is not just to do what you feel like without taking responsibility for your actions, you are already way above most women, and most men for that matter.

And what if I need "spoon feeding", or hand holding or positive reinforcement or whatever you want to call it? It is not me making excuses for my unwillingness to change, it is not me who puts everything I do or what I am into question, it's my emotions. And I don't know about you, but my control over my emotions is fairly limited. I can either try to work around them, or I can try to suppress them, but suppressing them hasn't done me any favor, to the contrary, it has dug the hole I'm in curren…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
