No, but I would say the increase in interest and participation is a natural progression coming from current societal climate. There is no way pushing men further and further down is sustainable, and it’s good we’re starting to see natural resistance.

The responses here are actually mostly wrong. I know a girl who works in social media professionally, and she says it's very commonplace for people to pay for followers and likes. It's not that expensive, you can fuel an account with only a few hundred dollars. She says anything above 1 or 2 thousand is probably paying for it, unless they are a celebrity.
