I am attempting to stay rational although I can't deny that I'm emotional about it - hence I have not taken any action yet in order to avoid making an emotionally based decision. What would you do?

I love Bill Burr, he's hilarious, but he doesn't watch Game of Thrones because his wife won't let him. He's far from redpilled.

6 days a week, 6 exercises per workout at 8x8. That is an insane amount of volume for a natty lifter, even at lower weights.

Interesting. None of that surprises me. To be fair, I rarely roll with the women at my gym because I'm 6'2" & 200bs, and none of them are my size, so I'm not really in a position to talk. I just haven't observed this at my gym.

Lol, another video game hit piece from someone who was unable to moderate their obsession. Video games aren't inherently bad just because you lacked the mental fortitude from stopping them from becoming an addiction. Everybody needs downtime. Video games are a much better way to unwind than television, as they actually have cognitive benefits. You can live a real life, be successful in your career and with women and generally be a top-tier human and still play some video games. Just use modera…

I can't think of anything more beta than riding a motorcycle (and putting yourself at much higher than necessary risk) just to impress women. That said - if you're doing it because you just love motorcycles, and prefer them as a means of transportation, more power to you. My only problem with this is that in California, it's legal to weave through traffic on a motorcycle. Motorcyclists abuse this privilege by crossing in and out of HOV lanes, crossing double yellow lines, and being generally i…

Surfing, BJJ, music (production and guitar). The combined total hours of these far surpasses what I spend on video games (a few short sessions per week). Some of the time I might spend on movies or TV I'd rather spend on gaming. This isn't even counting lifting (which I don't consider a hobby, it's just baseline fitness), or seasonal hobbies. Life for me is all about balance.

This comment could not be more wrong. Fish oil is packed with Omega 3s. Omega 3s (as opposed to Omega 6s which occur in large amounts in red meats) have massive benefits for your cardiovascular health. Your body can't make Omega 3 fats on its own, they have to be consumed. I'm not even going to post a study because this information is so readily available.

Good method, although potentially so time consuming that it can be detrimental. I like to use the Tim Ferris method - every day I write down the 3 things that MUST be done. Get those done as soon as possible, ideally in the morning, and then knock out as many less important tasks as possible.

You sound pretty bitter OP. TRP is about understanding and taking advantage of the differences between men and women... not being a paranoid manic-depressant who treats women as subhumans. Fix yourself. It's completely acceptable, normal, and often beneficial to have platonic female friends.

You're getting downvoted so let me chime in here. IT ISN'T SUPPOSED TO BE FUN. Like most things truly worth doing in the human experience, it's supposed to be painful and difficult, but it reaps huge rewards. The cool thing about lifting is, you actually DO start to enjoy it. You'll become addicted to the massive adrenaline rush you get from maxing on deadlifts. You'll start looking forward to it. There will always be days that you don't want to go - those are the days it's most important to go.…

BJJ for over a year now. I come from a long sports background, and BJJ is one of the hardest things I've ever done. It's certainly not for everybody. It's truly incredibly to look back on my progress over the past year. The first 3 months were absolutely brutal. I left my first session ready to puke - a feeling I hadn't felt since intense high school track practice. Sports are strictly social for me now. I play fantasy football to have a fun competition with friends. I'll watch games at the bar as a way of socializing and supporting friends. Beyond that, idgaf. ESPN is just "E! Entertainment News" for betas pretending to be masculine. I follow my alma mater's football team closely, beyond that the only sports I really go out of my way to watch now are surfing and MMA, and that's strictly because I surf and do BJJ.

Great book, I actually just finished it. Like everything, read with a grain of salt. The authors obviously think that body language is the end-all-be-all of communication, and they make some pretty big claims/leaps without much scientific basis. I ran into this problem yesterday on a bumble date. I'm generally very good at the detective work and 9/10 times my bumble and tinder dates show up as hot, or hotter than expected. A few days ago though I connected with this girl whose page was 90% selfies, many with filters. She looked pretty hot and had a few thousand followers (digital beta orbiters). 100% agree. Asian American women from FOB parents are some of the best there are. They aren't immune to Western corruption, but they are certainly somewhat resistant to it. Asian girls (I'm going to generalize here) also tend to handle problems more from an analytical/logical standpoint, rather than a feels standpoint. Good descriptions, but I would move everything up one notch. Why? Because you said it yourself, nobody is perfect. Knowing that, HB10 is the highest rating a human female (re: imperfect) can have. Comments like this are so ridiculous. You had no self control when you were younger, so now video games are bad. Do you know how many successful, alpha people play games? Just do them for an hour instead of TV when you're done working. Going cold turkey because you have no self control is as beta as it gets.

Very astute for a man of 17. You're on the right path. You're lucky to have figured this all out before some girl wrecks you, just save this post so you can come back and reference it when you inevitably catch the oneitis.
/r/TheRedPill14/06/17 09:07 PM

She also has daddy issues and constantly over-drinks. The jealousy stuff I could have dealt with long term with TRP methodology, but probably not so much the other stuff.
/r/TheRedPill31/05/17 10:24 PM

I'm 28. 5 months ago I ended a relationship with my 27 y/o one-itis who has major jealousy issues. I foolishly thought I could "fix" it. People don't change. I'll wait until I'm in my 30s to find a woman who will mold into my idea of what a relationship should be.

I love this. It's really nice to hear from someone in a marriage who is confident and comfortable. It sounds like you and your lady have a great thing, and she sees you as her captain. Even knowing everything I know about modern marriage, I feel like I will want to settle down someday. This gives me hope.

That's why this sub tends to recommend dating around (spinning plates) over one night stands. The ONS is a good way to get back on track, but they tend to leave you with an empty feeling. It's healthy to have mutual feelings with a female. It's one of the best parts of life. It's even OK to be mutually exclusive. What's not OK is putting the other person above yourself.

OP is right. My parents loved my last LTE one-itis but warned me against marrying her. Months later, after a nasty breakup, I told them both they were 100% right. Listen to your elders.

Get out now before this sinks any further. Trust us, it will suck at first, but then one day you won't miss her and you'll look back and realize you made the right choice. There is no possible scenario where this ends happily ever after. She blames all of those problems on her not wanting to get too attached to me because she was afraid of getting hurt. Even if this is valid (it probably is to some degree), it's not an excuse for her to disrespect you. End it.

Cheating is not a RP philosophy. The point is to never put yourself in a position where you're even capable of cheating (LTR or marriage).

A long term relationship is almost always terminated by the woman. This is something that pops up in TRP a lot, but it's an exaggeration. I know plenty of guys who have been the one to break up with the girl (myself included). I broke up with my oneitis and it was insanely difficult to deal with. It's how I ended up here.

It's great... traveling solo you are forced to put yourself out there and meet people. Just stay in hostels and hang out in the common areas. Do the bar crawls and little hostel events. If you have basic game, you will do just fine my friend.

I realized that Eowyn was wet for Aragorn because he was foreign, high SMV Alpha dick. HAHA I watched Ocean's 11 last night and it was painful. George Clooney, one of the highest SMV males on the planet, jeopardizes millions of dollars in an attempt to win back his oneitis who left him. Truly painful to watch and sort of ruined a movie that I once really liked.

TRP truly changes your view on media forever as well. Last night I was watching Ocean's 11. The entire point of the movie is George Clooney trying to win back his oneitis. I never noticed this when I first saw that movie. Once you swallow TRP there truly is no going back.

No, it's really not. This person is a thief. Only some bitter beta would take some personal revenge satisfaction from this article. Stick it to those bitches, they deserve it! Pathetic. Have you not read the sidebar? TRP is not about exacting revenge on females because they've wronged you. It's about making yourself into a man that has no need to take revenge on women.

There's a huge difference between a woman soliciting free drinks from a willing beta, and straight up committing robbery which is exactly what this guy is doing. Is integrity not one of the fundamental concepts of TRP? Everyone on this sub always talks about how honesty is important, and this guy is getting upvoted? Makes no sense. This dude is a POS.

I have a successful career, high SMV, and n-count in the 70s. I play an average of 45mins-1hr of video games each day to relax. Single player games like Final Fantasy are zen, and multiplayer games help me keep in touch with friends. I prefer video games to TV. Everything in moderation my friends.

I checked the same sources as you probably did and sure, I'll give you this one. That said, for most of the people here, all they need to know is they should be working out every muscle with high weight/low reps vs. the opposite. The point of my post is OPs workout is a waste of time.

That whole list of supplements and you leave off creatine, which is by far the most heavily researched and supported workout supplement. The broscience in your workout section gave me a good laugh: In my experience calves are one of those muscles that responds to heavy weight the best LOL. Implying that certain muscles in the body respond better to heavy weight than others? Sigh. I agree with what /u/Entrefut said. To add on to it, you guys are 19. Too young to be considering a LDR in my opinion. If she isn't fully free when she's overseas, she will likely resent you to some degree. Your best bet to continue this relationship is to break it off and go limited to no contact while you are apart. Use this time to improve your game and increase your abundance. Be free, but be subtle about doing it around her friends. Most importantly, if you decide to get back together when …

I described what happens when you break social conventions. No, you said the sole reason that Japanese males don't want to get married is that all Asian women are shrews. The true cause runs much, much deeper than that.

Not sure what you mean by "moderate" gamer lifestyle. I would consider myself a moderate gamer. I play games for an hour or so 3-5 nights a week in lieu of television. Some weeks more, some weeks less. This is perfectly healthy. If a woman shared this hobby I would find that attractive. If she based her identity around it, I would probably find that unattractive.

Asian women are experts at bait and switch. He doesn't want a nagging shrew who demands 90% of his pay cheque every month. If he doesn't give her 90% of his pay cheque, this shrew then talks to his mother, grandmother, aunts and they all take turns tearing a piece out of him. Then all the women will work on their husbands until they start tearing a piece out of him. You really don't understand what you're talking about. The differences between Asian cultures (Japanese/Chinese/Korean/etc.) are so…
