2	When you started learning and applying methods you learned from here and other sources, did you notice friends or family acting confrontational towards you? This. Since I started improving I get a lot of confrontation too. I started to hang out with other people who became my buddies fast. It's really easy to find those. My new buddies include relatives of my "friends", that are more open to life and less beta. I just remain in contact with my "friends", and sometimes we drink beer together, and women topic is never brought there.
