Exactly that would be amazing for someone to do that and nobody would assume they are under any obligation to pay child support. 100% agree the issue with the current laws is that men still are forced to take responsibility even when they would prefer an abortion.

Honestly this is such a hard topic but my personal opinion is that it should require duel party consent in either scenario. If the man wants an abortion and the woman does not then the child becomes the women’s responsibility. If the woman wants an abortion and the man does not, the child is aborted or the woman can birth the child with the man being sole caregiver. Specific unbiased validated source are hard You can however look at high paying jobs and sectors and the gender distributions within them. You can use this to justify the wage gap. There are also studies regarding how men work more hours on average. Additionally look at the recent release by Uber regarding female vs male drivers

Well there is no denying that the systems and programs pertaining to adoptions and orphans need to be improved. I have known people in similar situations and they told me that the infidelity by the partner was one of the only reasons they got custody. It's harder for men to get custody for some fucked up reason so get a lawyer together if you are worried and offer her a larger stake in the divorce split. 60/40 or 65/35 be firm and don't take nothing but prioritize the kid. I can see you want your son back and not much else. Family court and court dealing with asset separation is a world of a difference. Evidence such as testimony from those she cheated with would do wonders in the custody case for your son and I recommend you attempt to retrieve those by any means possible (appeal to the people's goodwill). As a high schooler I can't say I relate in the same way but we did have (in Canada) completely different lessons regarding this for boys and girls. The boys health class watched a video regarding consent while the girls health class learned how to apply a condom to a wooden stick. Fucking Canada
