I did something like this 2 days ago. A girl I briefly chatted only once on facebook, months ago. Decided to send a message. If she wouldn't have replied, i would've deleted her. Anyway: Me: So, you're not going to say anything, eh? Her: What could I say Me: Well, you could say that I am cute and you want to take me out for a drink Her: Haha you're funny. From then on, everything went well. Yesterday she messaged to tell.me that she's horny. Try to be cock funny, man. This shit works so well.

Man, this is gold. "Short-term pleasure often comes to be at the expense of long-term happiness" This is very, very true. Nowdays most people seem to be addicted to activities that provide instant gratification. One example that comes to my mind is food. It's easy rather easy to poison your body with trash fast food, and even more, that food will taste GOOD. However, eating healthy is quite different. It requires self-control and discipline. Having read Meditations recently, the simple truth is …

Hmm. I don't have this problem. Apparently, I must be quite narcissistic because even when I was at my lowest, I still had that feeling of 'love' for myself. That being said, I had a gal who had the same issues as you have. She told me that doing positive affirmations in front of the mirror helped her tremendously. Honestly, I am a bit skeptical when it comes to affirmations, but you've got nothing to lose. Maybe a few minutes each day.

First, don't be a victim. Don't think/act like a victim. Look at RSDTyler, in his videos he mentions that he had social anxiety. He could barely talk with girls. Look at him now. Sure. Go lift, meditate, read, watch videos. The most important thing is to be consistent about it. There's a book which describes this process. Search for "The Slight Edge". It's not about game, but just how small things, over time, have the biggest impact.

Also, it's worth mentioning that meditation has a steep learning curve, so it will take a while to get the most benefits. Many monks meditate for YEARS to reach enlightenment. I'd recommend THIS book for more information about meditation.

Errrr. I did brush my teeth. The spreadsheet is still under construction. I'm going to change 'brushing teeth' with flossing.

Great post! Actually I just made a spreadsheet for tracking my daily habits. Dates are on x axis and habits on y. When I do that certain activity, I color it green, when I don't, red. I also write my overall mood for the day. I do this so hopefully, in the future, I'll see some patterns emerging. For example I might see that when I am social, I tend not to meditate, or code for that matter. And when I don't do those activities, I might notice that I am not as happy as when I do them. I gotta giv…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
