No thats bullshit the dress code is business attire. I've worked for two hedge funds, a few VC firms and now have my own firm... there are many sleeveless dresses that are business appropriate including the two in the photo. This is absurd. Not impossibly. I used to train in Krav Maga, I'm 6'3" 200lb and some of the tiny girls there could whoop my ass every time. They had technique on me- krav is made to destroy a threat, there is no stopping until the other person can't get up and these 5' nothing girls were destroying me. This included knife and staff work too. One of them came from an eskrima background tho so no surprise her knife and staff work was incredible.
