I promise we are not all like that. Some of us suffered betrayal trauma too. Some of us gave everything we had to our previous spouse, loved them deeply, cherished them, forgave them, put up with years of emotional abuse, were cheated on, and abandoned too. Please don’t say all women are bad because we aren’t. I still have faith there are good men out there even though my ex wasn’t.

Actually, not the case at all. I replied to this post because I could totally relate. When op said this was supposed to be our time now, when the kids are grown…. Sorry you married this woman. I really am. Keep all the evidence for the divorce. Actually- the best scenario is when you both want it. That way you keep your money and the attorneys get less. The months ahead will be very difficult emotionally. Learn to lean on family, friends, and God.
