That’s just not true, immunity is rarely explicitly stated unless it’s needed. Any government can extend immunity to an employee or contractor working overseas. The only people statutorily garunteed immunity are the ambassadors, deputies and visiting officials. Everyone else is implied and it’s on the other nation to waive it or choose to enforce it.

Seriously, we don't let kids do anything permanet or even get tatoos with parental permission until 17. But all of a sudden we are more than ok with pumping children full of hormones and disrupting their natural growth cycles. For christs sake, let them call themselves whatever they want, and put whatever gender on their ID's but they shouldn't be able to start these medical processes until the latest possible moment.

Thats a really risky bet tho. Hes in one of the most liberal court system in the world, I'd be blown if a judge agrees with him. He's got a chance, but I feel like a lawsuit for him isn't the best idea, get another job at a more conservative company and do some speaking engagements. Fox news would jizz themselves to have this guy as a contributor especially if he's telegenic ish/sounds intelligent in person.
