Your fundamental viewpoint on tipping is flawed. i imagine it follows in the atypical those cheap owners won't pay their employees enough and expect me to subsidize their wages with tips. I imagine you also view the job as entry level unskilled work. Much like an apprentice carpenter is unskilled work, the field permits growth to high skill.
