A legit boss I could definitely see this working, but if you started sucking up to so someone like Michael, surely there are drawbacks where people lose respect for you because you've solidified your spot below an idiot by doing this. And that's where this is all coming from. I'm not trying to cut him down or anything like that, I'm just trying to keep my frame. 2	Boss weird amog attempts Lot of truth in what you're saying. It's more I'm trying to resist falling into his frame rather than force him into my frame. He really puts himself on the line with every interaction with every person to the point that it's either submit/validate him and laugh or don't, and if you don't he'll be really offended/hurt.
