To agree with OP'S approach. This woman pulled this stunt because obviously it has worked for her in the past. By standing up to her maybe, OP shut it down. Maybe she will rethink her actions, probably not. Self-respecting guys won't stand for it, but there's a lot of dumb guys fall for it.

That's not true. Some women are bitchy and greedy. True. Some men are bitchy and greedy too. But most women, and most men, are just good, honest, caring people. If you don't open yourself to love, you are missing out on something wonderful. It sounds like maybe you've tried, and gotten hurt, and have a hard time with trust. I really hope you find someone. I know, I've been hurt and betrayed before too. Wish you luck 💑

I don't understand your marriage stance. She gets room and board, and needs met, but you get sex, housework, children and childcare (if you decide to have them) cooking, and general service. You make it seem as if women marry to "use" their husbands, but the men get a lot in return, so it's a fair bargain.

Let's be fair now, this bit of trash is not representative of all women. Sorry to burst your nostalgia bubble, but trashy tramps were a thing in the Fifties also.

Am female. Can confirm. It doesn't even matter if the clothes are inexpensive. It makes a statement about your personality. If you care about your clothes, you will be seen as more conscientious and responsible about other matters as well.

Married, but if I were single, I would date a bald guy. I wouldn't mind an Indian either. In order to have things in common, though, and reduce culture shock, I would prefer an Indian guy who had grown up or at least spent a lot of time in the US. I did almost date an Indian kid in college, well, I had to turn him down because I was already dating someone. But if I wasn't I would have definitely given him a chance. He was smart, reasonably good looking and a nice guy. I think what's inside is mo…

Well, the article makes the point that you shouldn't bash women for acting or looking "slutty" that's cool. I believe in the right of every woman to determine her own course, sexually. So that's legit. But there have to be bounds to responsible sexuality for men and women both. Cheating is trashy. Neglecting responsibilities to follow your libido is trashy. Exposing your children to your sex life is trashy. There are other factors to trash that have no relationship to sex too. Are you irresponsi…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
