1	Not falling for those again If I touch a man on his chest without permission, it isn't called sexual assault. If I grab a woman's tit without permission, it's sexual assault. Just because it isn't defined as a 'sex organ' does not mean that breasts aren't inherently sexual. 1	Posted this on my ig story and already got like 4 comments calling me dumb Overall, that is true, but misleading. When comparing the chances of being charged for a crime committed by a first time offender, there isn't a noticeable difference between white people and black people. However, those black people who are charged with the drug related crimes you are referring to, on average have more previous convictions and longer rap sheets.
