This is a feminist website, you'll get used to the downvotes. I got a bunch of them yesterday for saying that judging a guy entirely by his gender is sexism. Never mind the fact that that is basically the dictionary definition of sexism, it's apparently different when it's a guy being judged. The "disable inbox replies" button is the best friend of any guy who wants to disagree with a feminist on Reddit.

That seems to be the case, there was that study where women were found to perceive equal treatment from men as them being hostile and sexist, while perceiving preferential treatment and "chivalry" as being equal. Why do men work the dangerous jobs? Necessity. Society tells us that a man's value is directly based on how much money he earns, so for a man it's better to have a dangerous job than no job.
