5	Owned! Highly? In the last decade the percentage of people who saw any sort of combat during deployment is single digits. Something like 93% never leave base (aka, camping trip). Unpopular opinion or not I've got friends that served across all four branches and none of them would disagree that their military service was absolutely worth it for the perks and doors it opened. 4	Owned! Unpopular opinion. I think considering the entry requirements, the job, and the rewards, a vast majority of vets are compensated very well overall for their service. There is no need to praise them like they did this great service out of the goodness of their heart. Everyone i know that was ever deployed was basically an extended camping trip in the desert with endless shenanigans.
