8	Instant grat and Delayed grat activities, how they can change your life. I have had the same issue but with worse stuff to deal with. You need to realize you already are failing. By putting it off you are done for and its only getting worse. No matter what just do it. NOW! not in an hour or after coffee or anything. Just fucking do it. 3	Remember, most PEOPLE suck. Our complete modern society has its base in mathematics and language of middle eastern descent. Saying only white dudes did that is pretty narrow view of it...
