Yeah I despise misogynistic trolls too. I can see why you came to hate men with those horrible people around on twitter. Glad you learned not to hate us. Respect ✊🏽

Yeah when I made the original post, I was just bummed out on misandry. Misandrists are absolute losers with no power, but racists have too much of it. Republicans are far worse so I will be sure to never vote for such a party

You’re right, the Republican Party is disgusting. I could never vote for them. The party is filled with raging misogynists and racists who call themselves “Christians.” Misandry is terrible, but I hate the the right much more

I also hate the “if you don’t do what we are generalizing, don’t get upset thing.” I’m Black, but I’m a pretty nice guy who doesn’t want any trouble. The moment a ghetto Black guy does something crazy, we’re suddenly all bad. And the moment a guy does something crazy, suddenly all of us men are bad… it’s insane. The point is that generalizations are harmful. Women would lose it if we generalized them all. Can you imagine how upset they would get? They would do everything in their power to “prove…

I kinda agree actually. The problem is that the majority of us guys have “lives.” We go to work and go home to take care of business, we don’t have time to go to feminist rallies

You’re right, I should have explained a little further. It’s a shame that a lot of them hate men though

Oh, didn’t know that was the norm r/ Fauxmoi . But it’s still insane that a subreddit like that is promoted by Reddit. Reddit was quick to delete those misogynist subreddits, but misandry is “cool.”

Exactly. I bet those people always talk about equality, yet they couldn’t be anymore hateful. The mods were deleted every post that didn’t agree with the “men bad,” rhetoric. And why do they always mention how lonely men are? I know several cool guys who are lonely, should we mock all lonely guys because of one jerk losing at chess? Those women don’t live in reality at all.

Exactly! I’d love to stay a leftist, but not sure I can much longer. I’d go as far as as saying, that it’s misandry’s fault on why Trump won. My best friend voted for Trump because of sexism… I didn’t agree with him at the time, but now I see where he was coming from

Sure. We need to be quick to say “Misandry isn’t cool, you’re a scumbag for being one.” We’ve got famous singers chanting to the audience how much they hate men, and they’re all proud of it. It’s all just insane to me. Regardless of what they say, we got to call out misandry more

Yeah they think it’s okay, because “all men bad.” Those people are insane.

Very true. My last therapist really didn’t care about my issues at all. Wish I could get my money back

In the same boat as you man. Society really doesn’t care at all about men who are struggling. A lot of women treated me like garbage as well, even when I was just being friendly. I learned that the best way to meet women is through social circles, cold approaching just gives women an excuse to treat you like trash.

Props to you for having an open mind to chat with feminists! Sadly, we know how unreasonable these people can be. The way r/AskFeminists handled your post isn’t surprising, but it is disappointing. From what you described, it sounds like that sub is more of an ideological echo chamber than a place for honest discussion. If that subreddit is representative of modern feminism, then the movement has drifted far from its foundational values. You’re not crazy for wanting equality for both women and m…

Even if misandry is a response to misogyny, it should still be unacceptable, just as misogyny is. Many hardcore feminists believe misandry is acceptable. Misandrists will literally laugh at the male suicide rate while boasting the “kill all men,” slogan, and then still deny that misandry exists. These people are essentially pure evil.

Man this all sounds awful. I’m a Christian that spends a lot of times in Christian spaces, and sometimes some women can come off misandrist, but I’ve never seen it as bad as you described it in the Muslim spaces. This sounds like an absolute nightmare for Muslim men. The women you described sound like whiny crybabies that just want to take and take, without giving anything in return.

I would actually agree with her if women were forced to have children, but they are not. More and more women are choosing not to have children. I think that women without kids should be eligible for the draft too (which would ironically make many childless women suddenly want to give birth.)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
