I would also add that fasting and keto are the red pill of diet and lifestyle. This way of eating has transformed my life away from a permanently hungry carb junky type 2 diabetic. The amount of people who believe that not having 3 carb heavy meals a day will kill you or give you anorexia is astonishing. But we are going against government dietary advice and like the red pill once it's explained to them you can see the light go behind there eyes. Very satisfying. But obviously red pill advice on…

I've started to OMAD after trying lots of 36 and 48 hours fasts. And up to 4 days fasts. I found that I needed to be hyped up to do these long fasts. I've come to the conclusion that OMAD is a very sustainable way to regulate eating and is not as daunting as the longer fasts. My goal is to fast till 5pm every day. I've been doing this for 2 weeks and it's the easiest fasting protocol I've found. I feel great on it. Also I second no processed sugar and try to keep bread to a minimum.
