3	I work as a glassy in a bar and haven't had much luck picking up or meeting new people. What are some tips for to interact with girls in this kind of setting. Work your way up to the door or bartender. Much easier to chat and meet people. Plus you'll have more social value. 1	Should I ignore texts? If you've already met then you should only use texting to set up other dates. You can make quick witty conversations about inside jokes or experiences to remind her how interesting or fun you were, but don't drag the conversation out ever. 1	Dealing with blushing It doesn't say you're insecure, per say. If anything it shows you're interested, sensitive and reactive to her. Just don't try to hide it or portray it as embarrassing. If she doesn't respond then she doesn't want to meet and you move on. I also think you spent too much time texting. Make a quick connection, show you're not a creep and then ask her out. 1	If you're out by yourself how do you handle that situation? Just tell the truth. Often people are impressed, and see it as a quality trait that you're confident enough to be out on your own.
