What tipped you off? I can’t see it. But yes you are absolutely right, my frame is way too weak. Yeah I do game and kino almost everyday, it’s very effective when I’m on top of my day, other times not so much. Need to sharpen it for sure. Good points, thanks for the input.

Had to kill my ego before replying, damn I’d forgotten what’s this like. Yeah it sure feels like day #1. I agree that gym is a very tangible way to start making some progress, I already have access to a premium one from my kickboxing club. What the hell, let’s do this. Already tracking with FatSecret app and with the tactic you provided. Cheers

OYS #1 Yeah, my first ever to celebrate getting back to work. Lets set the background before I begin. I was pretty active here sometime over a year ago, it must’ve been 2-3 years since I discovered NMMNG and after that, the MRP. Everything I learned turned my life around, looking back I can see why the Matrix analogy is so suitable. I read the sidebar, put information into motion and followed suitly. I made quite a bit of progress in myself and the relationship, although I didn’t manage to break…

Golden stuff, lots of good pointers. It makes me wonder about something, I pretty much stopped with all the sorries myself but at the boxing gym when I'm doing light sparring I often end up getting a good position and hitting the opponent pretty hard. That's one of the few situations I still use the word 'sorry' (we have a special word for that in our language that means the slightest version of it) just to let the other guy know I'm not out there to hurt him. Maybe I should get rid of that and …

Shit man, thanks for sharing this. Lately I've been alienating from my MRP work because I'm very certain that my relationship is unsalvageable. My goal is now to endure and evolve until the time is right for me to leave. This postchain hits so close home, I can now see that guys here had the exact same shit and managed to make something out of it. I need to pick up the slack, even if it doesn't benefit my relationship, I've been using the seemingly long time frame and lack of possibility to salv…

I went to very deep waters with this. I knew before getting in MRP that I had some heavy issues with cheating and trust, mostly because of past experiences and low self-esteem. A few months in, the paranoia hit me bad. I was almost disabled, unable to focus really on anything else. I was doing heavy surveillanve like you and most of my wake time was caught around the paranoi.I had had these episodes in the past and plain old denial had worked for me -- meaning forcing myself not to think and not…

Personally, I think you should just stop worrying about that for now. In about 6 months my blindfold was suddenly took off and I could see what my relationship is. Something that never shoulda happened, and would not if I hadn't made her feel so good in the first year or so. I now realize there is, snd never was, no attraction to me, just my showers of BB gifts and good deeds that she got hooked on. I'm fucking glad either way. I know my next relationship won't be a mess like this and like all t…

Feh, this is a useless comment but after trying to finish the Rationale Male by Tomasso, that was a picture book. And unlike Tomassis scrambled blog archive, it had a positive learning curve. Shit, might read it again to internalize. My personal opinion, recommend next to NMMNG. The tools and understanding that book gives you are golden so very much.

Feh, I guess my radar was off then. Are you sure if you could leave the prospect of her cheating it didn't bother you less? Sure, if it's really about what you are saying, the answer is stupid easy, just have an interesting life for yourself. Personally, my personal life's interest has never been dependant on my circle of peoples availabitly, apart from sex, so maybe I just can't wrap my head around that.

I just want to say that in my experience, the red pill dissolves in layers. You think you are far along, banging your head against a wall. At some point you will probably fuck up, fall to a new level 0. Now you're equipped with all the new information, but the steps are steeper. You may feel like giving up now or something like that, but you can't undo what you did so far and 6 months from now you look back and be very fucking glad you didn't. Keep on struggling. Legends tell it gets better, but…

Just wondering, since you said you're not worrying abot her cheating, which you probably are to some extent since you said that (and that's ok), are these mates male or female? I'm not sure if this is relevant, it just popped up to me. Overall I just want to say that here in MRP you will probably get the most results if you completely surrender your filter and act and just state whatever is your reality of things. Maybe I'm just speaking for myself, but for some reason, even though we're communi…

As a geek of sort, I've found there's plenty of hobbies that have geek attitude about them. You just need to step out of your comfort zone. Here's a few of mine I had good times with: -Chess. What an incredible game. Deeper than any computer game. When you really bother to learn, read a few books, there's so many elements to consider. -Tennis. A lot of skill and learning to perform the shots, a lot of tactics to consider. The psychology effect is immense. -Music producing: if you have a passion …

It seems like your GF is running the show. I think you should work to reach a place where you know what and how the kids need for breakfast. She can worry about her granny. As the saying goes, imagine if you led a single life without her, and do that. In a while you can tell her to order breakfast with the app when you need that and wonder what to do with her later that night if she fucked up the order somehow. Personally, I'm still struggling with it as my wife is and always has been an organiz…

I'll just add my personal most important thing that I still neglect in cycles: sleep enough. Having been constantly sleep deprived for 2 years after my daughter came to be, I started sleeping more when I began my RP journey. I arranged my shit so that it's not a huge draw between other things. Well, gaming my wife with a 2 year old is kinda hard when I go to sleep immediately after we get her to sleep, but thats just how it is now. Now that I think about it, I need make it a point to early her b…

Good stuff. Often when you read, observe and learn more and more about the dynamics, it's easy to get very bitter. Sometimes I catch myself fantasizing about never having another serious relationship if/when this facade is over. How easy life seems right now to just spin plates and drop them should feelings ever get involved. But it's true, I'm a true romantic and forever bottling it wouldn't be the right answer for me, just a cop-out. I will keep working to reach this place you described.

What the fuck is this. Do you even read bro? Edit: I just couldn't leave it at this. First, why is it necessary for her to sleep over? There's very few good reasons for a case like this. Second, considering with a quick flip through your history, your relationship sucks, so this is a fucking major red flag. It would be either way, but now it's not even a flag, it's a huge fucking sign that says in big letters "THE ANSWER IS NO". On the backside it says "LEAVE!". Third, they are very likely fucki…

A lot of solid things here, but I would like to add that there is definately no guarantee that things will get better with your wife. It's important, because as long as you are using that as some kind of a gauge to reflect on it will hinder your process. I only recently started improving again after I was able to finally reach a substantial level of Not Give A Fuck. It's been around 5 months for me and it's only getting worse with my wife. Or rather it's pretty much the same as it always was, wi…

Yeah, she's pregnant. If someone has a photographic memory he might remember I was specifically told not to have more children with this woman, at which point I made the decision. Turns out, it was too late at that point. No matter, it doesn't bring me down, at least I'll get all my wanted children done in a breeze of life. Yeah I'm aware it probably won't work on her for the time being, but at this point it doesn't concern me that much. I just wanna do me with passion. You are right that I shou…

I'm going to open up a discrete saving account for a fuck you fund and make an automatic transaction from the paycheck The money's just too tight right now for me put it somewhere where I can see it, but I really need this to get going. What a biased topic. All I can say is, my father endured my shit of a mothers crazy for way too long. He had a oneitis for her and was staying for the kids. It was a long curve, but in the end my mother was a horrible manipulative cheating alcoholic with crazy debt and not caring for anyone. Result: 3 kids, 2 incapable of having a normal life, no jobs or education and depression and therapy for over 10 years and on going. Luckily my father got an apartment of my own for me at 17 and I alienated …

...what are you doing? Why the fuck did you have a 4 hour argument with your wife and still replying an email in a prolonging way..? What's your goal here, change a womans mind wielding the power of logic? And for what reason, where is the gain? Your woman absolutely does have a right to swear by feminism or whatever. You can try to inspire her and influence her with your leadership and actions, but this is just just manipulation powerplay bullshit back and forth. Although it hasn't been too lon…

I will purchase a body trimmer and start trimming some targeted areas on a regular basis. I just got a new haircut. I will commit to doing nails, trim, shave beard every weekend. I still get pimples once in a while at age of 27, I will research what can be done about that. In the past I've concluded that a lot of face washing only makes it worse. Worst yet are those creams and lotions, wake up with a dozen zits the next day. Maybe they're worth a retry and some trying. Any tips on this?

Forget about your divorce fantasy for now Do not conceive her for now Get to work. Reading a few hours of reddit is fuck all, if not counterproductive. Like giving guns to kids. First all, you need to read the books. Lift, commit to become the best version of yourself. Do a MAP. Only the new you will know what you should do. Your victim puke (if you take away the dressing that's what it is) has a lot of telltales that you are only in the beginning. If you are really going to take the red pill, y…

TL;DR: Read WISNIFG Yeah, respond to shit tests with anything but getting angry or taking her serious. In else, do not fall in her frame and join the situation. Treat them as the question was a joke to begin with. Then if she tries to escalate just smile and stfu/leave or fogging. Maybe its reasonable to have one or two statements someday now when you are reasonable and calm tell her that the best way to get things done is to do them yourself. Don't negotiate with her here, just fog and broken r…

I don't even get very hungry like this and except for lunch I don't eat big plates. Great post. I've been battling with a lot resentment and anxiety lately and this really hits home. I think I knew this is a very important part of the transformation process. After all basicly everything I believed in so far has turned out inside out. Finally this new information is starting to root and its becoming more than pieces of information. Did that 2 years ago, I think it was the first athletic feat I pulled off in 10 years. Didn't stop exercising after that, just found other ways. Probably not gonna run seriously this summer though, but I recommend it. It was great to see how quickly my body can adapt to new ways. It was enjoyable too for the whole program, exploring the neighborhood, getting a concrete boost in lung and blood systems, losing weight, overcoming myself time and again, listening to a lot of new albums. Right, right... I'm literally just past a conflict when I was putting our daughter to sleep and at the second time she walks out the door I tell her that next time I will close the door and she says ok. It's all going well as usual except this night my daughter decides to test me and come bang the door. Hmm. I'm going through constant evolution in my lifting since I only started 2 months ago and I'm not sure what should my goals be. I'm doing arnolds golden six until around June. Going 1-3 times per week, some weeks its hard to organize going when it's my turn to drop child at daycare and wife is working evenings and nights. No, I don't believe medication will help you. It will numb and make you content with your shitty life. You are at the right place and this is probably your best chance to become a complete man. Read the books ASAP. Read them again. They are the foundation of the work that needs to be done. From your few phrases its apparent that you dont know yourself that well. You have lost contact with what you are and what do you really want. Your fling was probably just a need for validation and thats ehy y…

What the fuck man. You're all over the place. You are doing and feeling like doing this and that because of your wife, a book, a reddit community and god knows what else. Just calm down, read the books, hit the gym (I too second heavy lifting, fuck crossfit. One part of the idea of hitting the gym consistently is that its pretty boring at times, but you still do it. Where's the evidence? And even if she is, I'm not at all suggesting improving this relationship. I'm suggesting improving himself. By the sound of it, he's not a complete rp man yet. In fact I'm suggesting the complete opposite - improve himself and without shame practice catch and release, dread etc. Then when he's ready and a new man, he should dump this woman and move on. No kids no fuss so why the hell stay. I know in my case and probably his that if I'd leave now when the work is not done, …

Of course if you could know that something like that happened with 100%, you'd only have one choice. But remember that something like that may have happened with 100% that you have no clue of. You need to work on accepting that she may have cheated on you or not, as this is the case with all women we are with always. Don't get hung up on it. Just because you fear that your SO may have cheated on you is in my view a stupid reason to eject, because obviously you have lots of work to do since this …

Let it go man. First of all, pressing her over the issue probably will not yield any results except you undoing good work and falling balls deep in her frame again. I remember reading somewhere, it's only reasonable to press someone like that only when you know the answer already. So you need hard evidence, which you won't get anymore. Second of all you need to understand that there might be dozens of cases like this that you are not even aware of. Or there may be not, but the point is that you …

Best friends at snapchat with ex fuck buddy? I'm not an expert but as far as I know getting that requires a shitload of contact. Fuck the flex pics shit this is the red flag. Its still a hard next obviously because of the gravity of the mistake and fact that you can never go back from that situation. But to have the guts to come clean, very few women I know has that. Yeah it was the eye-opener book for me. It felt like I was getting beat down in every page, everything I had believed in was shred to pieces. It's strange how the book included most of my former disfunctional foundations of belief and explained their flawed mechanisms to me in such a way that I couldn't help but agree in the end. I remember wanting to argue with the book all the way until acceptance came. It was painful and for that I'm ever grateful to Robert A Glover. I'm reading it the third …

Just wanted to tip my hat at this post, I'm in a somewhat same situation and this and the replies here are gold. I want to add what I think that as we know it will take a lot more to really see what the end result will be and you have now come to another huge obstacle that you need to pass if you want that this relationship will not happen to you again in the future. I'm just conveying what I've read and analyzed, since I've been figuring out the same sort of problems.. But I think the reality is those times will most likely never come back. As with all of the MRP stuff, she may or may not play along with some/none/all of it. Relationships are new only once and most women exhibit that behavior in the beginning of it, probably it has something to do with locking down the man (subconsciously) When you think about, it would be nice of course to get treatment li…

Me neither, I even know that much before 'awakening'. She has a lot of GNOs now that we have a child together and I never told her she couldn't go anywhere. But when she spends the night over somewhere else it makes me feel anxious and thats what I told her always. That if she wants to go she should go but it makes me anxious.
