Interesting, in my state RN and APRN licenses carry the same license number.

Licensed advanced practice nurses have their license converted. They don't have two separate licenses. So a FNP, CRNA, etc. no longer have a RN license.

Do nurses have to take the hippocratic oath? Or i think it was the nightingale pledge for them. No, they don't.

If they don't openly admit to it? Nearly impossible.

Lawsuit or not, the University would consider it a win to publicly denounce what she said and separate her from the University. Sometimes public perception is more important than monetary loss. Also, good luck winning a lawsuit against UA in Alabama. The majority of lawyers, politicians, and public officials graduate from UA. This would have to be taken beyond the state and that would take way more time and money than it's worth for her.

if she pays taxes What if she doesn't? Most college students are still dependents under their parents, does that make a difference?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
