I can remember going back to when I was a kid in elementary school, the policy was to punish anyone involved in a fight no matter what. This was well before everyone have cameras with them and the school didn't have much in terms of CCTV. I think the intention was that there was no way to know who was at fault in a fight and punishing both would be seen as a deterrent somehow? I used to sell suits for a minute and it’s just a common misconception that a wool suit is some sort of heat box for people when it’s actually the polyester ones that are going to be hot AF.
