2	Help! I’m dying in homework, trying to be healthy, and trying to geta social life. Keeping up a conversation by asking follow up questions. Here is an example. Turn to a classmate on Monday and ask "What did you do this weekend?" It's a good open ended question that gives you information you can follow up on. If you ask "How was your weekend?" or "Did you have a good weekend?" you run the risk of getting a word response or if they had a shit weekend you just reminded them of it. Work on yourself, getting Eagle feels great, and build lasting habbits (working out, eating right and grades). It is so much easier to make a ton of new friends in college compared to HS. 1	Anyone cured/dealt with severe insomnia and/or adrenal fatigue? How old are you? Most of my male friends and myself had major issues sleeping in our early 20s. I'm 29 now and just started to have normal sleeping patterns. I still feel I could stay awake for days. I always found reading before bed helped me sleep. You need to find a way to unwind. 1	All of the posts here regarding LTRs ending seem to revolve around AWALT and seeing through the shit tests. I'm certainly not saying I have a unicorn but how many of you have sacked up and ended a perfectly good relationship simply to enjoy the finer side of the single life. Gross! I thought I killed off the nice guy within me. I guess I didn't get it all and it slowly took over again. The weekend she broke up with me, I realized and was willing to do what was needed to turn things around. After reading TRP, I found out I was on the right track. I was just lazy and she broke it off before I could talk to her. I should have ended it earlier, I could be spinning three plates right now.
