3	Women are taking on substantial more debt than men to get objectively useless degrees. Patriarchy is blamed. I actually love that. Imagine if all HR departments were outsourced and contracting to multiple clients. If HR was the product a company was selling, they'd actually be incentivised to do it efficiently, and would have to compete for customers if their product was sub par. Currently they aren't beholden to much, and can simply hold the rest of the company hostage when they need more employees for diversity training.
