First off yes it's fucked up. Secondly rape is a crime that can have no evidence except the word of the victim. And if she has bruises like from rough sex it's more evidence to her word. Cops nowadays are berated for not believing women, you can google false accusations of rape against men. Yes this is sexual harassment. In fact this would be described as direct sexual harassment. You are being sexually assaulted in the workplace, and you are being defamed by her words to other coworkers. You need to report this to human resources as soon as humanly possible and depending on their actions you may have legal ammunition to sue the workplace if it is not addressed.
