I appreciate your advice. I'm in Barstow at a motel. I will be going back east where I came from. I will get a lawyer (my brother) back there. I feel like California is is gone and I will not go through their kangaroo courts. I will not be a slave. Not sure people are understanding that. I will not be a s lave.

Thanks and I'm already doing that. The lawyers are saying she's going to get open-ended alimony and child support really no matter what. So I am officially a slave now. Just trying to save as much as I can. So the simple math example is if I make $100k she will get a large percentage of $50k to sit on her ass all day.

That would be perfect. She must have known about the 10 year rule for alimony. I didn't! I'm trying to get a lawyer. I was also told she could do a fake domestic violence to have me arrested and thrown out. I'm petrified at this point.
