Find your TDEE and eat 300-500 Cals above it don't rush the process because you'll just regret it when you end up just looking fat and have to spend more time cutting than you did bulking just to end up right where you started

We must know different guys then because if someone is a beginner unless they are part of a very small minority I very much doubt they'd deadlift 2x thier own bodyweight on the first go

2x bodyweight lol defo not the first time If I was deadlifting 180 kg the first time I entered the gym I'd be a monster

Yeah I've already seen results from the gym and people have commented on how I've improved in terms of appearance and how I seem more confident but when it comes to meeting new girls or trying to dance with them i just assume the worst because that's how it feels. I don't want my happiness to be controlled by getting girls but it's hard to have abundance mentality without the confidence that I can get girls if I wanted to

I feel like it's an attitude problem when it comes to appearance and stuff I'm already putting in effort but I feel like I'm just not getting the results I want

Yeah I take care of myself I've got a decent haircut and I dress decently and use aftershave and stuff I feel like it's an attitude problem but I don't know how to fix it

Fair enough but there is a point where they do care (even if it's very hard to get into) so it's still applicable that if you're good enough at something it will help you no matter what it is

If you look at the top (professional) league of legends players they have no problems with women (who actually like league) they have pretty hot gfs so that actually only reinforces his point that if you're the top 1% in something it does help

I think the point he's making is that if you're gonna do something then make sure you're good at it it's just an example

Why is she even talking to you then

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
