It sucks, I miss my ex wife and the kids and dogs when she has them too. But find the time to do something/anything! For me it’s running and reading - when I was a 12B I absolutely hated running. But now I find a peace, almost a calm in it? Need to have someone help talk you off the edge? Check out the mindset app! Don't do it, it's a hard place yes, but not impossible to crawl and fight your way out of (emphasis on crawl and fight). You got this, at 52 you are a wealth of information, ideas, and experience! Go get a tire (from anywhere) and a sledge hammer from Lowes/Home Depot. When you get mad go out and rain down holy hell with that sledge on that tire. Repeat until that fire is gone. YMMV - for me it’s running, sledge+ tire combo, battle ropes, etc…. Use that fire to your advantage!
