There are pockets of every type of lifestyle here, rural, urban, suburban. Where I live personally, people appear to be lean and active. More men are overweight in the US than women (27% women, 34% men). Food portions are the same everywhere. I expected for women to be significantly more obese than men but they’re not, just based on height alone really (I’m grateful to be a tall woman. 10	What makes a guy boring? It’s 2025, shit is too expensive to have one person pay for everything and another stay at home with the kids.
