But if they were all men, they can be rotated for breaks so that the workload can be distributed...bringing in more women can only happen if there's more men. Firefighters, military, sports, and so on, you would get the same conclusion everywhere. That even if a job role is pushing for more women, alot of women wouldn't be able to meet physical requirements if they wanted to. Meaning women that are expected to do the same roles as men, will not be able to. People can die if these roles aren't performed correctly.
