2	A word about confidence Very well put. I like what you said about cultivating the essence in a daily basis. Get a routine , and follow it, be at work or the gym or a hobby. Even if you slack, always keep in your mind that you want to get good at that specific thing and that quitting is not an option. It’s all about baby steps day by day. 2	Reconnecting with an old friend Can mean a lot of things. She definitely is not looking for anything serious that’s for sure. She just broke up with somebody she was living with after all. But that does mean she’s is looking for support, or maybe a rebound. Take it slow and maybe try hanging out with her.
