No... Did you even bother to thoroughly read his post (consisting of a mere 3 sentences)? He mentioned something called "presumption of innocence", which goes along the lines of "the burden of proof lies with who declares, not who denies". I never suggested they be used directly after the event in a police station, rather pre-hearing in court. But if they're unreliable I suppose it doesn't matter.
