0	When rape charges are dropped, it's not appropriate to call the accuser 'the victim' No... Did you even bother to thoroughly read his post (consisting of a mere 3 sentences)? He mentioned something called "presumption of innocence", which goes along the lines of "the burden of proof lies with who declares, not who denies". This is one of the most basic principles of the US court system.
