Wages are negotiated because it needs to benefit both sides. If both sides agree to the deal, then both sides seemed it fair enough to be acceptable. I knowingly accepted a lesser paying role because the company I'm with pretty much let's me do as I see fit. People who don't like negotiated wages are either not good at negotiating or have regrets about their negotiations.

Marriage can go away. It's a religious act supported by the state. Why do we need to be able to get married. Other than tax benefits it offers nothing. I've been in the same relationship for nearly ten years. Fuck marriage. The only thing about not being married is that calling someone your bf, gf, or partner doesn't have the same weight of seriousness in the sight of others. I guess she's right? Its exclusionary based on gender. I don't know why its important to have girl scouts and boy scouts. However, what is the video talking about being able to earn the rank but not have it. You could make the same comment about the military. Just because you can do what is required doesn't mean you're granted the rank, you need to be part of the organization.
