Women often say that men talking about their problems gives them the ick or demands too much emotional labor from them. Source: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6199457/ If women really suffered more from mental health problems than men then why are men more likely to commit suicide?

Those statistics don't really mean much. Men are less likely to get diagnosed with a mental disorder, because men are shamed more for being openly mentally ill than women. Besides, most mental health treatments are ineffective for men. Men also have much higher suicide rates, but according to your own statistics they get less help than women.
