I go to the gym plenty of times. It seems to me that the ex-crush is interested in getting back together with her ex-bf. If that's true, she will not bother with OP, which will be to the OP's benefit. He can focus on hanging out with his other classmates/friends and create positive memories of this trip.

Both suggestions involve focusing on women. A true MGTOW would know to focus on his bonds with male classmates/friends instead of focusing on some other woman. Suggest activities in and around the cabin you know your cruch and ex-bf aren't into. Go hiking around the cabin. The best revenge on a former crush is living your best life.
