Maybe men should stop becoming ex-cons and trash human beings and the problem solves itself. Maybe women should stop dressing so attractively and men won't choose them over less attractive women. Again you're really cherrypicking your functions here. Exactly who is responsible for the decisions they make?
The causal nature of this is unclear and pretty much impossible to conclude on because it's an endless chicken/egg connundrum. The argument could just as easily be made the increased sex drive results in better leadership. Leadership is as much about risk taking as it is about cautious decision making.
