Yes, with a good mixture of Lady Macbeth as well (probably since Sons is loosely based on Hamlet). She is not a member of the Sons and usually does not get involved herselve but with her son as VP and her husband as president of the charter (which she both often uses in different ways) she is easily one of the most powerful people in the show. And it also shows quite nicely how much her power fades when she can't use them.

This, unfortunately this is ridiculously common (though most female characters in TV suck imo). The only exception would be Gemma from Sons of Anarchy. She is pretty powerless on her own but an expert manipulator and uses this almost to perfection.

Sons of Anarchy has you covered. Jax (the protagonist) is ruthless, capable, driven, great with the ladies and can fool pretty much anyone. He is more hesitant in the beginning but gets a real dark traid personality over the cause of the show. There is some "tr00 love" with his Old Lady but in generally he handles her pretty well (unlike Walt from Breaking Bad).

I thought he was a bitch till the end. Skyler continued pushing him around and it was ridiculous that even as drug kingpin he still was a slave to his ugly bitch wife. But I never really got the appeal of this show so take this with a grain of salt.

Funny, I think I read the exact opposite some time ago. If I recall correctly, it is actually easier to create a "male" egg from stem cells than creating sperm from female cells, since a y chromosome is needed for the process and women don't have one. Your article only talks about using male skin cells, which obviously have a y-chromosome,m so I wouldn't be so quick to jump to female sperm from there.

As far as cuckolding, I would imagine a great deal of cuckolds are actually Alpha in nature and the act of being cuckolded is somewhat of a fantasy/role-play for them. Being Beta is them acting, rather than showing their true colors. A true alpha really doesn't need to prove it, he just IS. This makes as much sense as saying gay guys are actually straight and just play-acting since a truely straight guy does not need to prove it

True, robots will hit men first and largely harder (since there are more men in unskilled labor / manual work) but afterwards it gets interessting. When it comes to automating skilled labor, the first thing to go are administrative tasks (HR, Bookkeeping, secreterial work, store clerks etc), since they are simple and repetetiv. And do you treat them the same way as your guy friends? If you're bisexual, perhaps, but your interactions with women are meant to be sexual. I just wondered: If you are a bisexual male, does this acutally raise your SMV with women or lower it? I am not sure. On the one hand, you have a lot more options for sex (if you live somewhere close to a big city), on the other, she might not see you as a proper (alpha) male. Thoughts?

I don't think imagination comes from within (at least not completly). I write as a hobby and I get my best ideas when I watch or read a lot from the same genres. You need to know what other people are doing in your line of work or otherwise you won't know what to do. I could never write a romance novel or a poem, since I don't even consume this kind of stuff. I wouldn't even know where to start. Of course, you shouldn't live for a TV Show or any form of media but there is value to be found there…
